Vineyard Radoar was first mentioned as a vineyard in a medieval document in 1300. Radoar, now owned by the Blasbichler family, is Rhaeto-Romanic and means the circle of life. For us as wine growers, it means respecting the environment and nature. Therefore, since 1997 we have been running an organic farm and paying attention to sustainable development and biodiversity. Our bio-products range from wine to distillates and fruit juices. The grape vines at an altitude of 900 metres above sea level are up to 40 years old and the wines, full of character, mature for 9 months in big oak vats until bottled in summer. Our grappas and fruit brandies are produced in a double-firing process from our bio fruit, old varieties of pears, plums, quinces and sweet chestnuts. Our products can be tasted and bought in the farm shop.
