The term "Glassier", derives from the Latin clausura, describing properties which, like the Glassierhof, were circumscribed from circular walls. The yard, constructed in 1663, has been the property of the Vaja Family for nine generations. The produce is grown according to European organic farming principles. The family are firmly convinced that true quality can be achieved only by diligence and accuracy, and must be lived and implemented from the vineyard to the bottle. Thus, it is our aim to maintain and expand this tradition through our personal commitment. We offer high quality organic Lagrein, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc wines.
