FWS Freie Weinbauern & Friends Piemonte Wine Tasting Friday 27. June 2025 from 18.00 – 22.00
On 27 June, a tour of South Tyrol’s cultivation areas begins, culminating in the evening with the most important collective meeting: the tasting at Trauttmansdorff Castle. At the various shared tasting tables, not only 30 South Tyrolean winegrowers present their wines, but also 16 friends from Piedmont, who offer mainly Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Dolcetto.
The wine-tasting evening with the 46 South Tyrolean and Piedmontese winegrowers takes place on Friday 27 June from 18:00 to 22:00. The ticket for the evening visit to Trauttmansdorff Castle (gardens and Touriseum) costs € 10, as does participation in the tasting.
South Tyrolean viticulture is associated with an independent spirit, with each producer largely responsible for the entire winemaking cycle: from cultivation, vinification through to sales.
