In the vineyards of Tramin/Termeno, the historic "an der Rynnen" Estate first appears in the records as far back as 1438. Taking ist name from a nearby ridge, the Rynnhof's viticultural tradition goes back many centuries, with a citation in a 1479 manuscript penned by the Prince-Bishop of Trent.
Today, the Rynnhof is run by Johann and Nathalie Bellutti as an authentic South Tyrolean estate. The art of viticulture requires total commitment, knowhow and plenty of work. From tending the vines all the way to bottling, the vinification processes in the Rynnhof vineyards have, since 2011, followed bio-organic methods.
After the autumn harvest begins the work of pressing the Pinot blanc, Gewürztraminer, Lagrein and Vernatsch grapes in the cellars. Following traditional methods yet without neglecting modern innovation, these four fine varietals are brought to life with each assuming their distinctive characteristics.
