PARDELLER and MONTIN are two names and independent identities which have developed together. Pardeller is a centuries-old farm in Marling near Meran, which has its origins in the 13th century. Montin, however, originates in Salurn, on the southernmost hills of South Tyrol. We, the Eccli family, own these two small farms and obtain great synergy from their unification. Thus, we have started to call our twin vineyards simply Pardellerhof Montin. The silver thread as a symbol of our label is at the same time our golden thread: it symbolizes our approach, and the synergy achieved from joining two independent units. Our goal, to make our own wines from our own grapes, became reality with the 2012 vintage. Passion, commitment and the knowledge needed to obtain the highest quality are the catalysts of our work.
