Founded in 2020, our young winery nestled in Cornaiano/Girlan, South Tyrol, is passionately dedicated to cultivating and crafting a range of Pinot varietals. Our goal is to produce wines that are both fresh and powerful, embodying the timeless elegance of their grape varieties while reflecting the unmistakable character of our terroir.

This philosophy guides us from the first bud break in the vineyard to the gentle bottling of our wines. Our approach is defined by a profound respect for nature and a commitment to sustainability. We embrace spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and consciously avoid filtration and unnecessary fining agents. This allows us to capture the unadulterated, authentic essence of our vineyards directly in the bottle.
